A quick glance at real estate records would make it seem that Emma Stone’s taken a liking to life in the Lone Star State. In April it was reported that the La La Land star and her husband, Dave McCary, purchased a home in Austin, Texas the previous spring, and now, according to Wall Street Journal, they are listing their Malibu dwelling for $4.295 million with Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The dreamy three-bedroom property is a perfect beach spot, painted bright white both inside and out. Recently added Fleetwood sliders make the interiors all the more refreshing, allowing copious amounts of light to spill in. Built in a ranch style in 1958, but renovated immediately prior to Stone’s 2018 purchase, the home measures up to contemporary standards while holding onto its midcentury charm. Given the distracting beauty of the vegetation outside, the interiors are thoughtful but rather sparse, with exposed beams adding to the sense of homeyness indoors.

Eucalyptus and yucca trees dot the surprisingly spacious property which spans 3.2 acres. The crown jewel of the space is its view of the Pacific Ocean, which is visible from near every room, but made especially enjoyable from the primary suite which sits at a corner of the home, offering glass sliders on two of the four walls.

Along with the Austin, Texas home and an apartment in Manhattan, Stone still owns one other L.A. property, though it was previously reported by Dirt that the home was purchased for a family member.
