Maybe it’s us, but when we hear the phrase “leather sofa” the first thing that flashes before us is a black, oversized monstrosity (probably L-shaped!) with sad, floppy pads as arms. Or there’s the traditional leather Chesterfield sofa, which tends to be so rigidly structured you can hardly imagine lying back to take in a relaxing film from it.
