Of note, Choice Home Warranty is currently subject to a class-action lawsuit filed by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in 2019. The lawsuit alleges that the provider failed to uphold its contractual obligations to consumers by denying claims and delaying communications with its customers. When we reached out for comment, a representative from the company’s legal team informed us that Choice Home Warranty had approved more than 90% of 1.1 million claims filed in 2021. Our Recommendation
